REFUND POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel any remaining sessions within 30 days for a full refund of any remaining session, less administration charges.

A customer service representative from EVOKE101 will contact you within 48-72 hrs. with a response. The customer is responsible for paying all processing fees.

Refunds only apply to services that have been purchased through our online system. We do not process refunds for purchases made for “Gift Cards.”

Please be advised that your refund will be calculated using any promotion or discount applied during the original purchase.
